Security

This site has an SSL security certificate installed. An SSL is a digital certificate that authenticates a website’s identity and establishes a secure, encrypted connection between a visitor’s web browser and the web server where the website is hosted.

The SSL helps protect the website from phishing scams, data breaches and many other threats, creating a secure environment for both visitors and site owners.

Data Storage

We are a US based entity. Our hosting provider is Namecheap. We utilize WordPress for our content management system. Data submissions (including form submissions) are routed through our content management system and securely stored with our hosting provider.

For information on Namecheap’s privacy policy, please see here: Namecheap Privacy Policy. For information on WordPress’s privacy policy, please see here: WordPress Privacy Policy.

Caching

This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. We may use QUIC.cloud services to process & cache your data temporarily. Please see https://quic.cloud/privacy-policy/ for more details.

Third-Party Plugins and Software

This website theme is powered by Avada Website Builder by ThemeFusion. It may utilize all, or some of the native features, integration capabilities and third-party plugins offered with the theme builder. To learn more, please see here: Avada Website Builder by ThemeFusion.

Additional third party plugin/API integrations include WP Simple Booking Calendar and Google Fonts.

Website Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics as a website analytics service. This allows us to better understand user demographics and interaction to provide a better optimized user experience. For more information about how Google Analytics handles user data, see Google’s privacy policy.

Forms

We utilize web forms throughout our site which are used as a means of contacting us or placing an order. The data we collect includes everything entered in the form fields. These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes. They are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

Payment info (including credit card or bank account numbers, Venmo account information, or any other payment service details) should never be submitted via a web form. Doing so should not be considered secure. Forms are strictly used for gathering order/quote request details and communicating with the site owner.

Form submissions are routed through WordPress (our site’s content management system), our hosting provider (Namecheap) and our company email address which is also hosted via Namecheap.

Embedded Content From Other Websites

Articles and pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Links to Other Sites

This website may contain links to other websites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Data Collection Via Account Creation and Blog Interaction

The following info primarily pertains to account creation and blogging features (published articles and media available for public commenting and sharing). Most of these features are currently turned off and not used at this time.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
